Our products are made out of a hard plastic material called PET-G. This plastic is extremely durable and will hold up to years and years of active use.
All orders are shipped either the same or next business day depending on when the order is received. They ship from NY via USPS First Class parcel with tracking. In our experience, all deliveries have been received within 2-3 business days including to the west coast. However, during the COVID crisis we have noticed the shipping times are taking longer and can take up to 5-6 business days. You'll be making your Tonal shelf in no time at all!
These clips are extremely durable and we doubt they will ever break. They have been tested with 55 pounds of weight hanging from them (watch this video: https://youtu.be/Ll-rJRw7fO4). However, if you ever have a problem, just reach out to us and we will get you a replacement for just a $5 shipping/handling fee.
The Tonal home gym comes with 4 accessories (two handles, a bar and a rope). 4 clips is the most common order. However, some people like to add their own accessories such as ankle straps, v-bar, curling bar, etc. If you feel that you will be adding additional accessories to your Tonal Shelf, you should order more clips.
We do not endorse or recommend any specific third-party attachments. However, since a lot of people ask, we are including a list of attachments that other people have recommended from the Official Tonal Community Facebook page.
For any of the third party accessories, you will need to purchase t-locks directly from Tonal at (Tonal Gear Shop) AND you will need a carabiner to attach the t-lock to your accessory. These carabiners were recommended by other users on Amazon
